Candle Care Instructions

For a candle always burn the first burn for at least 1 hour or until the pool of wax reaches side to side in the jar. Failure to do so can cause tunneling which will limit the life of your candle.

Burn on a stable heat resistant surface. Never leave a candle unattended. Keep away from children and pets. Keep away from things that catch fire. Contains high fragrance oil do not extinguish flame with water. Snuff out flame

Burning Instructions: When candle has burned up to 3 hours or begins to smoke trim wick. Never burn more than 4 hours

How to Trim your Wicks

To trim a wood wick, allow wax to cool completely and gently break off burned edges with fingertips or a paper towel and discard. The wood wick should be 1/4″ or 3/16″ away from the wax to allow for proper lighting.

To trim a Cotton Wick, extinguish flame by dipping the wick into the melted wax then straighten. Then using a wick trimmer or a pair of scissors trip to 1/8 ” 6-8mm. Cotton wicks should be trimmed with each use. Wood wicks do not require the same trimming program.

The Candle Isn’t staying light, How do i fix it?

The wood wicks used are in their natural state. What does this mean? At times you may have to strike the wood with flame a few times for it to stay light. In other instances the wick is getting flooded by the melted wax. In this instance as the wax melts pour a bit off into a paper towel or newspaper and re-light. The wick should light as normal

Most of my candles are scented with just enough fragrance to not be over powering, please allow the candle to melt to a full pool of wax this will heat up the wax enough to throw the fragrance.
